You certainly went the extra mile in several features of our addition and improvements. We truly appreciate the roof design and that the addition doesn't appear to be an add-on. When choosing a builder it's very difficult to compare apples to apples and to know your true cost. DL Miller provided us with the most detailed proposal that was easy to understand - making us feel comfortable understanding what we were getting for the price.
When building a home it's important to adjust and change your vision as the project progresses - DL Miller demonstrated excellent abilities to be very flexible and provided us with excellent input. And, most importantly, they did not price gouge us during the process. I don't think that any other builder in the South Bend or SW Michigan areas would have been as fair or flexible.
After reviewing several bids, and building twice before, we choose DL Miller because they offered the best balance of VALUE : Price, Performance, Selection, and Convenience. Most importantly, DL Miller not only proposed the best value proposition, but they delivered!

We just want to express our thanks for the great job that you and your team did in building our house. From the initial first meeting to the completion of our home, we only had good experiences with DL Miller Construction.
Regarding your subcontractors, they were courteous, professional and extremely detail oriented in the work they performed. The job site ws cleaned at the end of each day, making it ready for the next trade to do their job.
The scheduling of the work that was done on the house was so organized and ran so smoothly that there was always something being done to the house to meet the completion date thanks to you and Dave coordinating efforts.
Our house would not be a home without your valuable input from design to completion. Thanks again for the wonderful building experience. We think everybody should build a home with DL Miller Construction

Well we have officially been in our house over a week and are loving it!!! Our family contracted with D.L. Miller Construction to perform some very significant renovations and updating of a new home that we purchased. As with all such large scale purchases, much apprehension was part of the environment due to the significance of the work to be performed and the cost of such activities.
All of our concerns were quickly eradicated when the tasks began. As with all such projects, the key to success depends on full and open communications. The entire staff to D.L. Miller Construction kept us up to date each step of the way, eliminating confusion and significantly reducing what could have been cost overruns and dissatisfaction with the end results.
There is no doubt that should the need arise for another construction, renovation or some other building activity I would choose D.L. Miller Construction without hesitation and more significantly without looking any further. Honesty and true caring is evident in the culture that they have created in their entire team.
