At D.L. Miller Construction, we like to give our homeowners a peace of mind in knowing your concerns, are our concerns. We realize that after moving into your new home, you will find additional items that might need attention (i.e. touch ups, adjustments, things tightened, etc.). Once moving in, take that first month to compile a To-Do-List. This gives you proper time to discover what is needed. In your owners binder, we provide a form for you to keep track of these items under the After Closing checklist. Once your concerns have been received, we will send the proper repair crew. You will be notified of a date and time to be scheduled for the repair work.
