Ed Keim (center), 2004 President of the BA of Elkhart County (BAEC), announced the local association’s Associate and Builder of the Year recipients. These two awards are the highest accolades given members during the year, the decision of which is made by the President. Keim awarded “Associate of the Year” to Mike Smith, (left), Monsma Marketing, and “Builder of the Year” to Doug Miller, (right) DL MIller Construction Co., Inc. Miller currently serves as an IBA State Area Vice President.
